Atlantis East Dock
        The dock is almost as busy as Captown. Blue clad dock workers rush to build, repair, and dock submarines. The piers here are exceptionally clean, and the submarines look comfortable in their berths. The walls here are blue.
        Volunteers from the Defense Council Marines patrol the docks wearing blue uniforms. As they carefully watch the docks, they stand out against the background because they are not in a hurry.
        The current market price for a submarine is: 100 Oxy. To purchase a submarine, use '+buy sub' without the single quotes. To purchase a more powerful submarine, use '+buy sub <number>'. The number can be from 5 to 10. The price is 1000 Oxy multiplied by the number chosen. You can sell submarines you own using '+sell sub <#number>'. When selling a submarine, you may not receive as much as you paid for it.

The Plaza
        This is the neutral center of commerce in Atlantis. People from all factions can been seen doing business here; however, those dressed in red are constantly looking over their shoulders. Between the moving walkways, the ground is cobbled with smooth, dark stone. The shield dome is visible roughly two kilometers overhead.
        In the center of this area, a circular stage rises up four meters with a fifty meter diameter. Every night, the most accomplished Atlantis performers are granted access to use the stage by the Board of Regents. These opportunities are often seen as the peak of a performer's career. The performances range from musical to dramatic to more unusual things like jousting.

Defense Council HQ
        A 6-meter long desk faces the entryway from the far side of the room. Spaced along it are nameplates for the current defense council: Chairman Sam (3), Councilor Samuel (3), and Councilor Lady_Fox (3). Comfortable chairs are lined up in aisles on the left and right.
        An automated voting booth sits in the near right corner. Each ranked member of the Capitalist Alliance has three votes. To vote, use '+vote <candidate> <candidate> <candidate>'. You can list the same candidate three times, or select multiple candidates. Your current votes are: Samuel Sam Lady_Fox.
        The open records show the defense council currently has 520370 Oxy. You can donate Oxy using '+donate <amount>'. Council members may withdraw Oxy for agreed upon purposes using '+withdraw <amount>'. Council members should bbpost (+help bb) how the money withdrawn was spent.
        The chairman serves as the military commander-in-chief. The council establishes how to spend the money available to it. This is usually done with a two-thirds majority.

You say, "I've been offered a job, and been set to rounding up a team to accomplish it. I was wondering if you might be interested?"

Tempest Dock
        The submarine berths here are made of an extremely strong, dark green, iron-alloy. Many of the submarines in dock have logos of corporations imprinted on their sides. There are fewer public dock workers here than most other docks. Most of the dock labor is performed by corporation crews. A direct tunnel with a moving walkway for pedestrians and a canal for submarines leads to Dark Moon Dock.

Tempest
        The ground here is paved with smooth concrete. Streets and alleys are created by many 30-meter tall arcologies. Each arcology bears a different logo and is its own city-state. Most of the arcologies seem to share a common architect. Very few arcology guards are seen outside of their own arcology. Traffic here consists mostly of shipments between the arcologies and the dock. It appears that none of the arcologies have windows.

Fifty centimeters to the left of each elevator is a small retinal scanner. There are no buttons to call the elevators.
