Crews of wet, red-attired workers are constantly building new submarines. On the opposite side is a long line of people waiting to be assigned to a submarine.

Totetown
The moving walkways here stand out as one of the two things in good repair. The other is the Totalitarian Party Headquarters, painted bright red. Everything else, the buildings, the people, their clothing, looks worn out. The farther away from the headquarters you go, the gloomier this area feels.
Generally, the people walking around this area are wearing various shades of red. Everyone seems busy, but no one seems to be in much of a hurry. Most of the buildings have red banners. The banners say things like, "The Party is right. Do not oppose the Party." The words from the banners can be heard repeated in the conversations here.
Guards wearing clean red uniforms control traffic leaving this area. The Totalitarian Regime currently has 748092 hydro, 418282 ore, and 207268970 oxy. Use '+deposit <amount> <commodity>' to deposit into the Totalitarian Regime.

The moving walkways here stand out as one of the two things in good repair. The other is the Totalitarian Party Headquarters, painted bright red. Everything else, the buildings, the people, their clothing, looks worn out. The farther away from the headquarters you go, the gloomier this area feels.
Generally, the people walking around this area are wearing various shades of red. Everyone seems busy, but no one seems to be in much of a hurry. Most of the buildings have red banners. The banners say things like, "Peace is only possible by eliminating opposition." The words from the banners can be heard repeated in the conversations here.
Guards wearing clean red uniforms control traffic leaving this area. The Totalitarian Regime currently has 748092 hydro, 418282 ore, and 207269041 oxy. Use '+deposit <amount> <commodity>' to deposit into the Totalitarian Regime.

Central Park
This is the hub of life in Atlantis. It's said that, "if you wait in Central Park long enough, you'll see everyone in the world." Most of the foot traffic flows North toward The Plaza. The ground here is unusual because it is covered with healthy, green, grass. Moving walkways encircle Central Park. The walkways look similar to those found in ancient (circa 2000) airports, but they are steel and they move at speeds varying from three to thirty kilometers an hour.
In the center of the park, a ring of tightly-packed trees surround a large steel cylinder. The cylinder has a diameter of three meters and is five hundred meters tall. This is the shield generator. A bright beam, also three meters wide, shoots out of the top and rises an additional twenty-five hundred meters. At the beam's top, it splits and forms an impenetrable dome around Atlantis.
There are many benches scattered around the park; however, those wearing red tend to sit on the Westside, and those wearing blue on the East. People wearing green seem to be patrolling the area.

Between the moving walkways, the ground is cobbled with smooth, dark stone. The shield dome is visible roughly two kilometers overhead.
In the center of this area, a circular stage rises up four meters with a fifty meter diameter. Every night, the most accomplished Atlantis performers are granted access to use the stage by the Board of Regents. These opportunities are often seen as the peak of a performer's career. The performances range from musical to dramatic to more unusual things like jousting.

People of all factions are here. Many are preparing to settle a grudge. Some are here because they think being beaten to a pulp is fun.
